Cooking in care homes

In collaboration with the Milestones Trust and the Soil Association, Square Food has developed a unique cooking course for cooks working in care homes and other residential settings. This definitive course incorporates the principles of cooking from scratch, the practicalities of working in a care home setting and the specific needs of elderly residents and/or those with disabilities.

This professional development programme is designed for people already cooking in a care home or similar setting, to develop their skills, knowledge and confidence in the kitchen.
