Fish is no longer a cheap source of food. This workshop will show you how to buy well and make some stunning fishy dishes. It will take you through the six methods of cooking fish, using a variety of white, oily and shellfish. You will also learn to make the legendary Rocinantes Provençal fish soup and to make the sauces and sides to accompany the main act. £105
